Maximum Fields on a planet?

Just to recap some searches I've done on the maximum number of fields a planet can have for their size:
1.) The maximum number of fields a planet can have is NOT server dependant
2.) Planets 4-9 and 14 are the juicy ones to try and colonize first,
statistically speaking
3.) The "bigger planets" are from 300 to 500 fields?

Typically the planet size depends on which server you are on. The speed server has a field cap of 300 fields max, where as standard and extreme can show planets over 500 for some.
The slots 4-6 and 14 are the biggest planets, usually slot 14 yields larger planets more often, and is better for deuterium.

1. Incorrect. Xtreme and Standard are around 600 and Speed is 300, I believe.
2. Correct.
3. Always aim for 250+ fields.

yeah karroth i was told xtreme's max planet size is 600 fields idk about standard but i know for a fact that speed is 300 max and in speed always aim for 300 fields ins slots yes like rj said 4-6 and 14 and 300 minimum id say for xtreme and again not sure for standard
