More detail is in order, about what this actually means;

What are the numbers/percentages when involving certain ships and tech lvls....

just how much does lvl 4 tech offer compared to lvl 1, is any research tech lvl does anything at all...

what are the percentages of each ship? what happens if you add more ships, what are the max allowed for send ships...

these are not really explained anywhere at least not in the open. maybe you want to kept it from being well known? in either case it would be nice to have a entry lvl guide on expeditions, on the forum and maybe in the tutorial, that better explains what this means...

This OP is asking for MUCH more then that thread suggests. Its asking for an actual guild on this. its asking for it to be put in the ingame tutorial.
