u cant trade rubies for resources with players. tho there is an emperial support u can buy with rubies.

trading ruby for resources is not allowed in game. its a violation of rule and gets u penalized.

Technically, you are allowed to trade rubies for resources. However, advertising it on the forums is forbidden. Therefore, locked.
