ACS Attack Error

While trying to figure out how to use the ACS Attack feature, me and some alliance mates received the following error message:
"Error!
No more slots for attackers available!
The ACS Depot of the ACS attack initiator cannot hold any more attackers"
The depot level of the initiator was at 2+ and so were the depot levels of myself and my alliance mates who attempted to join the attack.
Travel times were well within the limits of the attack time and were automatically adjusted as was expected.
Not sure if something is missing here, but I'm not finding an answer anywhere else on the forums.
Thanks in advance for any info!

If you are asking a question it is best to use a question mark at least once
Anyway, I don't have a ton of experiance with ACS attack but I know that a lot of people have had this issue some of the common issues that explain it are if the ACS depot in on the planet and not the moon (or the other way around) that the fleet is being launched from. It is not suppose to make a difference but there have been reports that it does.
I hope this helps but I know there are others that are more qualified to answer this than I am.

The level of the initiator's depot defines how many fleets can join the attack.

We were aware that the initiator's depot level was the deciding factor. But the depots were all at level 2 or above for myself and my team mates. Three of us launched ACS attacks to test the feature and no one was able to join the attacks after creation. We just received the error message as stated above.
Doesn't seem to be anything we are overlooking. I suppose I should ask, has anyone else had this same issue? If so, what was the fix? (there scoob, question marks lol)

If the initiators ACS depot is lvl 2, I believe it means he can invite only one more attacker in ACS attack, not all three of you...

Okay, should be more clear
ACS Player 1 - Level 3
Player 2 - Level 3
Player 3 - Level 4
And we are in the same alliance, so invites are by default. View ACS Details from the alliance page, choose Dispatch fleet, speed is automatically determined, and I choose ACS Attack for the mission. Same error every time. Thanks for the info so far, but viewing the topic on how to use the ACS feature doesn't give anymore details, that's why I posted here. We can keep trying, but starting to get a little frustrated.
I should add that my depot level 3 is on planet, with depot 1 on moon. Can launch ACS attacks from both locations, although the attack from planet (with ACS 3) still will not allow anyone to join.
We were testing on inactives just to get the gist of how it works. That shouldn't cause any errors though, should it?

It shouldn't

If the creator's depot is only level 3, only 3 fleets may fly in that ACS mission. That means that if two of you joined, no more would be able to. Attacking inactives does not get rid of this rule, either. Level of depot of initiator=max number of fleets in the mission, no matter what.

I know. But a second attacker was uable to join the attack. There was no slot available for a second attacker.

Oooooo the second attacker. I thought you were referring to after that. In that case, I have no idea.
