I attacked a player with a I next to there name it said they had no fleet points or defense points but some of my fleet was still destroyed is there a factor in there some were im missing that still made it possible for the defender to destroy some of my ships or is this a bug

Ranks update every so often, so they could have built some before you attacked. Also, you must spend 5000 resources on something for it to count as a point so maybe they had defense counting for less then 5000 resources.

see the thing is on the esp report it sayed they have no defense and when i checked after the attacke happend they were still with the I so they couldnt have jumped on and built some

Did you see all the tabs of the probe report? It's possible you only got a partial espionage report.

man now im not to sure im pretty sure it did and i cant check cause i messed up and deleted it on accident
i do remeber seeing the building tab thought
it dont really matter ill just be more careful next time so thanks for the help guys

ok i got another question and i cant find it anywere on the forums

ive been invited to join a ACS attack i go throught and put in the number of ships i want to send and everything. then it says attack, ACS attack, ACS defend and transport. i have tried both attack and ACS attack and it says that there is not enought room for my fleet and i know this is not true cause the person has enought ACS depots for me to join and there are no one else in the attack but him. I cant figure out what im doing wrong and its starting to annoy the crap out of me.
would be greatful if some one knows were to find the answer to this or just tell me what im doing wrong

There has been an issue before about ACS attack if the depot is on the planet and you send from the moon vice versa.
Can you check?

yeah im not sending from a moon, im sending from a planet i know that for sure cause the planet im sending from doesnt have a moon so i know im not mistaken, so is there something else im might be doing wrong

What about the guy who originated the ACS attack?

the guys ACS and fleet are on a planet my fleet is comeing from a planet also
