Engine Upgrades

Correct, you guessed it, it is a noob question again:
"With each level the Hyperspace Drive is developed, the speed of battleships, battlecruisers, destroyers, and deathstars are increased by 30%"
is the increase cumulative, or is it on the a percentage of the base speed.

mind it if ur ships going faster the fuel consumption goes up as well. so might wanna have a check on it.
