Usually it will say why. Like that you don't have enough deut or fleet slots. Or check that you are not sending it farther than its galactic hope.

Or if you're trying to send to the planet the ships are on. Have you changed the coords at all?

all that i can do what i was talking about is i boat a colany ship on my colany plant but i did not git my ship
