Hello.First of all i want to say that i am new to this game and i find it very interesting and i want to apologize about asking this question cause i don't know if someone else has asked before,is there a cap for the buildings and technologies if there is what level is the maximum?

for tech there is no cap (unless you can't how expensive it gets)

for buildings the cap is the size of your planet.

Technically there is no cap for buildings and technologies.
You can upgrade buildings and research techs as long as you got the resources to do so.
But the prices rises exponentially for every lvl.

RJ still has the sexiest mines. I don't even know how they keep going up any more. I only probe him once a week if that and it looks like his miners must be on some performance enhancing drug with how many new ones pop up! Damnit man, give your workers some time off

my mines are pretty sexy. but if i give them time off, then i would have to do work, and we all know im too lazy to do that

i have the resauce's to build a solar saterlight,

i have hit the build button over 5,000000000000000 times an it wont build it

In the shipyard, you have to select how many units you want to build by placing the number in the box next to the thing you want to build. Did you do that?
