ok , seriously , this is pissing me off now, over 60 Moon shots dont on this planet, npot a single darn moon, wth is going on,did 9 more today, no luck, all 18%, 50 BS all except 3 wich were with 200LC each, and like 10 with 3k ESp probes... wats going on, i mean, 5,6,7 tries, but 60, WTH?

If I had to take a guess, it's probably coded into the game for you not to be able to receive a moon at this planet. Just to spite you.
