Again I used the search tool. Nothing came up. So I am making this topic now for a question:

What does each of the rights icons in an alliance mean. Most of them do not have clear explanations and are confusing?

Okay: Disband is fairly obvious; Kick/Manage user means you can kick them from the alliance, or change their rank; Show applications means you can see when there's a new app; Show member list doesn't do anything anymore; Process applications means you can read, accept, or deny the app; Manage Alliance means you can edit everything; Show online status in member list is self-explanatory; Make a circular message means you can send messages to your entire alliance at the same time; and Right Hand has no value anymore since when you transfer the alliance, it asks to whom you want to transfer leadership.
