I found out trough the forums that deuterium is synthesized faster the colder the planet is (i.e. The further away it is from the sun), but does the Solar plant generate less energy or does the distance from the planet effect only solar satelites?

Nope, it only affects solar sats.

And deut output, but that doesn't have to do with energy.
