is there a way to station a fleet to another planet?
say u accidentally build a specific ship on the wrong colony and u want to move it to another planet that u own

well if thats the option, it could also mean attack to a new player, unless the selection changes for a non-owned planet, in which i havent seen that page

Yes, it does change. It asks if you want to Transport, Attack, ACS Defend, or Espionage an enemy planet. You can transport or deply to your own. This is in galaxy view, of course.
