What does it means?

it's only message I've got, I wasn't attacked either, so what was it?

it means somebody has conducted espionage against you, basically they sent some espionage ships to look at what was on your planet

Increasing Espionage Tech is the only way to make it harder for others to get your information. Otherwise, there's really nothing you can do.

That's not true. You could destroy every ship they have and raid all of their resources so he can't build more.
