This is your deep space network to communicate researches to your colonies. With the IRN, faster research times can be achieved by linking the highest level research labs equal to the level of the IRN developed.
In order to function, each colony must be able to conduct the research independently.
Just a few Questions about IRN
does increasing my labs reduce research times?
eg I have LEVEL 5 IRN and LEVEL 12 LAB. Does inc. my labs above 12 work?
or do i need to go up to level 12 IRN? I know they are linked somehow lol
Do your LABs add up together eg 21 planets times 12 labs= 252 LABS making research Quicker?
you cannot have level 5 lab and IRN level 12 this would not work?
