i just wanna know how can i register for zorg empire plus... i'm from philippines and i want to use my cellphone to register for a premium service...

Unfortunately there is no cell company available for this, in Philippines .

If you have a credit card then there would be no problem. Except the probability of phishing.
Try searching for a paypall in your area.

The best method is to get a credit or prepaid card. Then you can choose if you will get a PayPal account or not; PayPal handles transactions but you do not need to have a PayPal account.
