How on earth do you get 300,000 energy, just keep building Solar Satellites by the thousands, or am I missing something?

Keep building solar sats.
Common newbie mistakes:
-Trying to research graviton technology too soon.
Solar sats are a great source of crystals for fleeters. Try to build the solar sats only if you can build them in a couple of days. And only if loosing them won't set you back too much. I prefer having enough resources to build all the sats required + nanite 4 for an instant build.

Ok thank you. It was just that I have researched everything else.
Another thing. Can you not send re-cyclers to other worlds to hoover up the derbs, or are they just restricted to your own planet?

You can send your recyclers to any DF in the universe as long as it has enough cargo space for fuel to reach that point.

Make sure and change "planet" to "DF" in the second fleet window when sending them.

When you're getting the 300k energy, do it on a hot planet, itll save you a lot of hassle

Build your sats in bulk, also. Use any extra res you have to level up your fusion reactor if you have enough. I got 300k energy in about 4 days doing that.
