By the way? How do you get the pictures on your page? Or, for that matter, how do you get a page? Like if your an alliance leader and want to
create an insignia or have a page like some I have seen?

When an alliance is created, it's automatically given a page. To add a logo, you click on Alliance, and where it says "Your Rank" there should be a button that says "Manage Allaince;" there should be a blank that says Alliance Logo; you'll paste the URL of your picture there.
