How do I train Energy Tech? Perhaps my web page is not displaying correctly? I have the Research Lab. When I click on "Technologies" in the side bar, Energy Tech is available, but there doesn't seem to be any way to activate it. If I click on it, I just get info on what it is. If I click on the next to it, I just get info on the prerequisite for it (which I have).
