Is their a way to program a rank to be fitted to all alliance members that join.

Can you be specific? (Not really bumping the topic, just saw it and I was thinking in the same line)

Nope, they all get member or w/e until you assign them one, to do that you have to manage alliance and configure rights, make the rank you want to give them and then do it on the members list.
