Are the fleet numbers in the score board for leaders are the fleet # in a planet under the player empire or are they the total number of space crafts (say LF) under the empire?

wOOO, those are some pretty big numbers to compete against. I reckon a long way ahead of me.

Fleet numbers are total ships by type for the player's entire empire.

OK, Hold up. So my hunch was right then.

So, say player Theta has a X no. planets and on those planets he/she has N no. of Light fighters, then the score board will show the total N, not the largest assembly of orbiting fleets n on a single planet.

So in this case I suggest to the developers to add some Tool Tips for the tags.

The score board tells who has the highest ship of that type + the number of ships. (Ships parked (not on a mission) on the last score update).
