Red Rez

So what happens if you have rez overflow? (the numbers turn red)
Resources will stop producing from your mines. They do have a 10% overflow production capacity though. For example, if you have no storage buildings your max storage will be 1 million. It will turn red at 1 million but your mines will continue producing for another 10% (until 1.1 million) at which point your mines will shut down until you drop below 1.1 million again.
You may transport any amount of resources to another colony, you don't lose them or anything if they are in red. Also, don't ever worry about red resources on a moon as they don't produce anything so it has no effect at all.
