Will it take Zorg Rubies to activate the Battle Sim.

What is the "Plus" section of the sim where you check boxes? Does it relate to the upper left hand section where you input levels? thx.

using rubies within Zorg Empire Plus to add the fleet bonuses
of Weapon, Armor or Shield.
