Say you have Gravition Tech. Lvl 1, once reached to level 2 does it have an effect on anything?

Nope. It doesn't affect anything. Just like Jump Gate 2

The only thing it effects is that it gives you a really cool "search" button in the forums, usually found in the upper right hand side of the page. You can use it to find answers to many common questions.
