I was wondering if i had a level one shipyard on one planet and i deployed my deathstar to it, could i launch my deathstar from it?

yes you could as long as you have a shipyard on that planet you may deploy and launch ships from im noit sure but i think you dont even have to have a shipyard just a fleet in orbit...

and yes u do not need a shipyard to launch deployed ships. i just tested it

you do not have to have a shipyard to deploy or hold ships. The shipyard is solely for creation of ships/defenses.

that is what i just said. just it was a little confusing.
