Error: Attempted cheating on the fleet speed! Reported to GO !

WTF??!!! I just chose some of my fleet elements and sent them to attack a planet and I get this??

Don't worry about it, pops up randomly for me sometimes too. Unless you really were cheating of course.

I always PM the admin whenever i get the message just to let them know, and to feel a little safer in mind.

I can remember someone saying something along the lines of this being related to some engine upgrade finishing during a flight or something? Can anyone elaborate?
