Can I use my zorg rubies to instantly build a jump gate on my moon, or is the insta build option work on ships only?

yes you can insta build a jumpgate, and i dont think rubies help you insta build ships,just any building structures.

Spankie is correct, you may use rubies to instabuild buildings only.
