Does the damage of IPM's depend on your weapons technology? Seeing as the defenses of the defender benefit from their shield/armour technologies.

i think so i mean ive noticed the effective ness ofmine go up illl check it out as i am doing a weapons upgrade now i will do some test see how it turns out

yeah another confirmation from me the higher weapon tech lvl it is the more efffective r ipms are
