how do u fire intaplanetry missiles

You need a lvl 4 missile silo. Then you build the missiles. Then open options and scroll down until you see the missile attack shortcut. check it and save. Then go into the galaxy view, and if the person is in range, there will be a icon next to the add to buddy list. Click it.

Is the person within range? I think the range is 5 systems per level of impulse engine.
