Is all player protection removed when you reach 10k? Like someone with 100 points send espionage to someone with 10k points?

Player protection is removed only when BOTH players have over 10,000 points.

There is an issue where you can be probed by ineligble players around each update time, however.

I was getting annoyed when an (n) was probing my new colony. He even sent an attacking fleet but recalled it when I showed the cards.
