#1Is all player protection removed when you reach 10k? Like someone with 100 points send espionage to someone with 10k points?

#2Player protection is removed only when BOTH players have over 10,000 points.
There is an issue where you can be probed by ineligble players around each update time, however.

I was getting annoyed when an (n) was probing my new colony. He even sent an attacking fleet but recalled it when I showed the cards.
