ACS Defend on farms

I got a question, what will happen if you send an Acs defend fleet to an inactive planet, and then you attacked it?

you can use LF to see what happens

it will play out as a regular battle with your fleet defending plus the original defenders fleet/def vs your fleet attacking. I have already tried this

Dang it, I was about to use this so that I can guard my farms, oh well..

You also don't get a CR if you're attacked
