Upgrade your Crystal Mines, begging on the forums will get you nowhere.

YYou can also trade resourceswith other players or use the "merchants" tab to use a zorg ruby to trade

His question was what could he do to increase the PRODUCTION of his crystal.

Actually if he wants to increase Crystal production, there is an option under Zorg Empire Plus to do just that.
