if you have a moon and fleet save from your moon to another moon set to return say 20 hours later...

then your moon is destroyed while you are gone... what happens to your fleet? does it return to the planet or do you lose it?

It returns to the source. So I'm unsure of what happens.

is it 2 million debris for 20% moon chance? so if 2 players sacrificed 2 million debris worth of craft 5 times each would they be unlucky to NOT get a moon?

would be unfair if one got moon on 1st go and other didnt even after all 5 attempts

It could take 20 attempts if you're really unlucky actually..
And yes, a 2 million DF is needed for a 20% moon chance.

i actually created a moon when raided an inactive player few days ago as well how unfair someone not even playin gets a moon!

in my ridings i made like 20 moons ( 2 times i created moons on the planets that previously i created moons - double moon ) so dont despair.
