Bug ?

One of your fleets has arrived on Sistem 12 [x:xxx:x]. They transported 2935000 units of Metal, 611000 units of Crystal and 0 units of Deuterium.
Its second time when I send resources and not coming into destination...was lost, but where? its that a bug?
