How do i transport resources from one planet to another??

I have one planet. Then i got another. Now the 2nd planet doesn't have many resources, so how do i transport.
can you build small / large cargo ships ??
you need those.. you click fleets choose how many cargo ships you wish to move.. entre the cords of your other planet .. click transport and next to that theres resources and select the amouth you want.
