if i ACS Attack some one, first off how does the ACS Attack work and second if i sent cargos will i earn resources cause when i used the sim it said i earned nothing

You cannot ACS attack alone. ACS stands for Allied Combat System.
Earnings are normal,perhaps simulator is not printing them correctly. Which one you used?

it says V2.1, and ive added another attacker
