For graviton: do you need to keep the 300000 energy to keep the technology, or do you just need to have it for long enough for the tech to research?

Once you research it, you can disable all your sats.

Set it at 0%?
Or maybe scrap it?

I just set mine to 0 that way I'm not depending on them for energy, so when they get crashed I'm not really affected my it.

how do you use 300k energy on a normal basis anyway? even with level, i don't know, 30 mines, you couldn't be using more than 75k-100k energy, right? i wouldn't imagine you'd even use more than 50k energy.

i would have a friend crash your SS unless your planet is fortified

Crashing 10k sats is not that satisfying.
I have been staking out a 3 planets with 12 k sats. I decided to hit it after week.
I expected more debris.

I don't wanna use sat energy b/c if your sats get destroyed, your screwed. I'm gonna wait till i get an attack from someone (Gonna piss someone off) and try to use them to get a moon after I get the graviton tech.
