If your colony has the max fields, would building the terraformer be pointless?

no Thin, it helps a bit but what i did was colonize a bigger planet and moved the research lab to free up 15 places on the full one, as you grow you will see what can be dropped from the smaller planet to help out in your growth on the planet. now i only have Terra 5 so i do not know about the higher lvls but on moons i know that the LB 11 costs a little bit.

Speaking of this, how do SPEED fields fare at this moment, for advanced players?

240/325 on the home planet.

i certainly enjoy the fields as they are. i was merely curious. i do well with 300 plus and i have a few with the max 425. thanx for the tip shadow. hehe i get to wondering about things while i wait for my ships to come in hehe sorry for the pun

#2 in Building and I have no more than 260 fields filled on any planet, so 400 fields is more than enough.

I don't think it is physically possible to fully fill a 400+ planet, because of the building cost scaling getting too high. Maybe in 10 years.

I'm pretty sure, if you build countless numbers of wasted storages, eventually you could fill any planet's field cap.

My most built up planet has 293 fields used.

mine is 267. So yes, since zorg expanded the fields in speed, the terraformer has been rendered useless in speed and extreme, but still useful in massacre.

It would be nice to see it have some other function to go along with increasing the fields like say increased Res production? Just a thought.
