sorry if this has already been covered but is there a formula for IPM's on defences?
I find myself blindly launching IPM's on inactives so i can clean up with my cargoes but i'm not sure if i am going to send too little or too much.
Some sort of sim would be a good idea if this would not be too hard to implement.
