#2Yes. There is a Zorg Empire Plus option for granting immediate resources. You are also allowed to trade rubies for resources with other players, but note that you are not allowed to advertise such trades on the forums. I would also recommend choosing your trading partner wisely for obvious reasons.

I would only trade rubies with a player who you trust alot and preferably know in real life to.
(You can beat them up if they do not follow through with the trade
