Re: jumpgate
#3more accurately each level decreases the cool down period by a factor of 1/2. so...
Level 1 60 mins
Level 2 30 mins
Level 3 15 mins
.
.
Level 1 60 mins
Level 2 30 mins
Level 3 15 mins

The cooldown of a level 3 gate is 20 mins

Re: jumpgate
#5hmmm what did i do wrong on there :s i thought it used to cut off 1/2 of the last... isnt that a bit odd.
well i wasnt talking from experience ofc never had a jg more than level 1.
EDIT: is it factor of base cool down time? 60/1, 60/2, 60/3 and so on? if thats the case then it makes sense.
if there is a reference please guide.

Re: jumpgate
#6I would guess that it is a factor of the base, resulting in a level 4 gate having a cooldown time of 15 minutes.

Re: jumpgate
#7slightly off topic, but is that the same way robot factories work? so a 1 hour construction with robot 1 would take 10mins with robot 10?
more off topic (sorry
) which factors in first on construction time, nanites or robot factories?
more off topic (sorry

Re: jumpgate
#8robot factory's contribution is a factor deduction of construction time. with increase of each level the robot factory reduces production by 1/(1+robot factory level).
