Ive been playing for a couple of days, and ive slowly been building what I deem to be important without building to much incase ive one wrong.

Ive read the forum a fair bit as well but I cant find the useless technology thread.
Also I still dont quite understand the fleet saving although it dont matter atm as ive no fleet

So if someone doesnt mind could you link me some appropriate links, or explain in thick person mode for me
