Ive read about it saying that you can destroy a planet but not original planet. So how would you destroy one? btw i mean other peoples

You can not destroy someone else's planet. You can destroy moons using RIPS, or destruct your own planet (except the homeworld), but there is no way to destroy or own another person's planet.
