i just wan't to know how good they are or how bad?
is it worth the resources if you can see a deathstar coming from a whole time back?
and how do you make them go faster??
is theire anything what can stop a deathstar exept another deathstar??

1. They are used primarily for defense of moons and destruction of moons and resource saving to increase time and reduce deuturium used.
2. if you intend to fleetsave/resource save/destroy moons or defend a moon, then yes.
3.increase your hyperspace drive I believe
4. it just takes more ships to take one down but yes, other ships can take one down. I suggest you use the simulator to find out what works.

i know multiple ships can take out a deathstar everything can be taken out if you have enough ships but i was wondering one on one

i think if you actually sit down and read and have some actual common sense you can answer that one on your own. I'm sure you will

Looking in my crystal ball.... the answer to your question or curiosity if you will is........... NO ONE, but the devs/admin know what may be held in the future for ships on this game (and for the better part they really don't look that far into the future). Saying there is not going to be one would be silly as they may come up with one, just as saying a new ship will be made that can destroy the DS is silly because we don't know.

So your question is really no answerable other than what information you have been given.
