Alright, I need HELP with this. My ACS depot has been level one as far as I can remeber, however, I just upgraded it to level 5. If someone ASC deffends on my planet, will I have the opption of launching det. or will it do it auto-maticly?

That part of the depot is non-functional. It costs no deuterium for people to orbit your planet and the depot has no additional benefit past level 1.
