IF I fleet save to one of my moons, does that mean noone can find my fleet?

Yes. You can not be phalanxed if you fleetsave from your moon or to your moon.

just try to fleet save to a large moon, because if someone suspects you are fleetsaving to it, they may pop it, and you lose your fleet.
