My question about moons is:

Is it a violation of the milking rule to give someone else res. to assemble a fleet to attack you for the purpose of moon creation.

as long as you pick up the DF i believe this is not milking when it comes to a moonshot. As long as they dont gain from the process.

The OP obviously already knows it is called a moonshot. That was not the question. The question was about the milking rules and giving resources to the player to build fleet to hit him/her. The question has already been answered and properly so, thank you adressor.
