Yes it would be nice. Because the first time I had the conversation with them, back and forth through several emails as I wanted to ensure correctness, before I sent anything out they had said...1 hour prod of highest planet only. This time around...and yes I stated it clearly as to the clarification I was looking for on the rules, they said 1hour prod per planet and sent from each planet. *shrugs* so guess I can hit the higher ups for more resources now ...just kidding.
