so here is my question. what is the idea of having a rule that actually can be worked around it?
I suspect that, if caught, if observed, if documented to such point as a case can be made in e-mail to admin, it would indeed be viewed as milking. Zorg has made clear that each account is to be played to the account's own advantage.

so we will do the playing and we will also do the policing? what kind of messed up lazy *** administration we have here then?

well if its too hard to look into then look up any hit thats made a major mark in the weekly ladder. one look at the hit and cr will show what is the issue there.

a simple auto data storing can help you out with all the issues.

associate the CR id with the concerned player online status in a table.

[CR_ID] [Player ID] [Types of involvement] [Online]

to illustrate CR_ID anyone knows ... player ID is the list of players who are involved. player involvement is wheather the player is attacking or defending int he CR, online will give if the player was online at the time of hit.

you dont need to store all the hits just 2 weeks data. and each week just check the top hits and see if it feels suspicious or not.

if both parties defending or attacking are online it might be normal but if the defender doesnt move the fleet and they are in contact in game + they are in the same alliance this all will add up. i am just giving out ideas. this can be sorted out very easily only requires an honest effort to resolve it.

Welcome to the Free to Play gaming world. :D

I think they already have an auto storing data. But... I was online but I was lagging too much I wasn't able to move my fleet. :( My net *****.

Yup if you see the hits on the CR you will come to know of the same

even in many case Admin says to us that he will take care of the same and if the guilty is punished or not is never known to us.

I have a few occasions myself when i have asked the team but when it involves a ruby buyer there is no clear view of what is happening and that its not too transparent. I know they are not punished simple as that.

I am being blunt here but the things which once my friend told me about that he is going to retire i said i that is to be done proper emails has to be send and we will follow the rules but it seems only a few follow them and others finding a way to get around it and have active accounts and when questions raised it was replied we are looking into the issue it take so much time that eventually we should forget about the same it seems sometimes.
