lol i guess thew same alliance rules applies to the reciever being larger than the sender and of course if it is a written/unwritten rule about helping my wife being on the same ip i will have her a) play off my neighbers ip or b) i will send someone else the res to send her now if my options a) or b) are breaking any unwritten/written rules please notify me i will be in vmode for the better part of the week anyhow and i dont want to break any rules

If I remember correctly from all the questions I put to admin when Spanky and I first started.... You can not in any way send resources to another account that is on the same IP. Your friends may send her their resources, but you can not furnish those resources for them to send. Have your friends probe inactive planets (and give her the information) for her to hit if she can not probe. That is if she has ships. If not then for now just ask your friends to send her some resources to build up.
